Post 2016 F-Type Incontrol app question.

Finally received my V8R 2WD Convertible and had a few weeks to play with the Incontrol Remote app which, although not really my thing appears to be quite useful.

Looking back through the journey history though, I notice that the efficiency (mpg) figure is not being calculated. Distance, time etc are all there (See below)
Is this a bug with the app? Is it working for others with the 2016 F-Types I wonder?

It works on mine. Have you tried checking the website instead of just the phone? I wonder if it's not showing in both places.

Thanks - Just accessed the web based version and it is fine!

Managed 31 to the gallon round Le Mans ;-)

Guess the app is a bit 'buggy'

We don't do so well on this side of the pond. Our gallons shrunk on the way over.

Mine calculates gas mileage fine, but for some reason I can't get it out of liters/kilometer. For the life of me I can't find any setting to change it to MPGs...

And we'd go a lot faster than 36MPH around Le Mans.

All the personal preferences are on the website. I don't think you can change anything from the phone.

could you please link the website for me?

I just went into, what I thought was the website - it took my log in and password, displayed all my info, except for vehicle. When I try to add a vehicle, it cannot identify my car (last 8 of vin)

The app works (although, not accurately).

I'm really confused, as I know I set all this up via website weeks ago.

Website or app, there appears to be no way to change between F and C or miles and kilometers. My app also thinks I'm a day off, so i imagine this is universal.

Link to website Login page

https://incontrol.jaguar.com/jaguar-...wner-web/login

From the website, go to My Account, Preferences... Should look like below. Change your time zone, km to m, C to F, etc...

Considering how late your car was getting to you, perhaps the web sites runs a few days behind for you too...

Thanks for the link.

I went into the website - it is already set for my correct Time Zone, & Fahrenheit was set correctly. When I open the app, it's still on Celsius and a day off.

...confused

Same for me. But it says miles now, so that's something right?

Yeah I'm the same. It says miles, but still shows celsius no matter what I do.

Personally, I'd try reinstalling the app on my phone. Or, are the problems on both the phone AND the webpage? Have you tried clearing cache and deleting cookies?
