Good morning,
I read there is a link to show how to remove and replace the instrument cluster shroud? Could anyone point me in the right direction

Thank you all very much.

I do not know where the link is, but here is a link to a document I put on my Cloud Drive that has the info from the repair manual. Note some or all of the "links" in the document may not work as this comes from my paid account.

Good luck. Hope it helps.

I realize this is a long time ago. Like you, I'm trying to remove the instrument cluster shroud, as the leather has pulled loose and wrinkled. What you were given on here, doesn't seem to be it. Any help greatly appreciated!

glschmidt, this was quite the undertaking, I downloaded several diagrams of the cluster and was able to remove all of the screws without removing the airflow duct. I had to make a specific adjustment to the torx bit by cutting it down both top and bottom to remove the inner most screws (2) I believe. I glued the torx into a narrow flat HVAC ratchet to remove these nasty buggers. I can look for the diagrams that I used and possibly find the modified torx bit if it will help you.

Best of luck

Mark, do you happen to remember what size Torx is used on the screws that have such low clearance. is it T20? I'm going to buy very low profile to avoid the "grinding down"
