Default 2018 F-Type LED lights vs Old Xenons

I'm kinda disappointed they are LEDs now.

Found the xenon bulbs to look nicer overall.

I actually like the "high tech" look of the LED setup. But I've driven quite a few Jaguars with LED's now. The overall output isn't that impressive and the beam pattern is a bit splotchy.

Yes Jaguar has the one of the worst LED implementations on the market. Even the Civic does a better job.

Just look at the 2017 model compared to the 2018 on google images :P

I like the look of the projector lenses, which they can implement with LED's....best of both worlds

The cut outs for the headlights were designed around the original projector installation.

In designing the LED installation, the top half of the aperture is filled with reflective plastic, with the LEDs wedged in underneath.

As you may have guessed, I'm not a fan of the way the LEDs look...
