Hi guys,
Has anyone seen these tires ?
What do you think of these tires, makes F Type look for aggressive , yes ?
Can a person purchase these tires from JAGUAR?
Thanks.

No way ... Really ? How does the sticker not peel away during tire rotation, while driving. Must be super super strong glue.
Last, who put it on? You do it your self, it will look crooked.

Looks cheesy IMHO.

I suppose I could let me 3 year old daughter loose with some chalk sticks and see what comes of the "tire art".

After de-badging the car, I'm certainly not adding the Jaguar back to the tires. Now...if they want to pay me for advertising the brand...

+1

The stock tires already have a "JA" code on them, unless of course you got the ones labeled "AM"

Even if you just wanted white letter tires, there are sites with kits to apply them to whatever brand and series of tires you have.

Yup, it's a special adhesive and also the sticker is a material that resists all the tire dirt, brake dust, etc. You can try to DIY if you are into that...or you can go to those custom shops. Tons of the exotics on my Instagram feed have those. Most stick with the tire manufacturer lettering. Try https://www.tirestickers.com/

actually, I had these when i had my miata, it comes with industrial grade superglue. You just have to be sure that the tire is clean.

I installed them myself, it wont look crooked if you follow some of the lines on the tire.

Default Question about the lettering

Guys,
After applying the letters, are the letters temporary or permanent. How long does it stay on before peeling off from tire.

I can't decide if I like these or not. Need to see more pictures of an F-Type with them on.

On one hand, I think they could look kinda cool, especially with black wheels. On the other hand, I like the "What the hell is that?!" look I get from people in traffic and don't want to make it any easier on them.

Opinions are just that....., opinions and the first time I saw the wheels with Jaguar on them, I thought....."not my cup of tea". I love the look of it the way it is, and to add too much to it like what you suggest on the tires just goes over the edge (once again in my humble opinion).

Good luck with whatever decision, and as long as you are happy with what you do to the "F-Type", that is all that counts.

It appears they have two versions: Temporary letters lasting about 1000 miles for track and competition purposes, and permanently bonded lettering and graphics lasting the life of the tire (60,000 mile claim).
