All I Want Is...
Close Mbourne. The actual line, if I recall correctly, is "what would you do to make the world a better place", not peace.

Funny. Very Funny. NO SOUP FOR YOU!
Don't feel bad Mbourne; about the doves yes, about getting the quote wrong no. Seinfeld wasn't an immediate hit and it took them a full season to start to hit their stride and gel as an fabulous ensemble cast. Add great writing and, IMO, it's the best television of all time (amongst many which might be listed). Also, "not that there's anything wrong with it" but I grew up in NYC (a NY Jew) and the show featured many aspects of NY which I often lived, including frequenting the soup N#%^ (and plenty of references which only a New Yorker would know).
In other words, I lived and breathed Seinfeld, one way or another (and have been told by some friends, am Kramer).
Giddy Up!

Then I guess you've eaten at Tom's. And Al's Soup Kitchen.

Tom's? What's that? Al's Soup Kitchen? Never heard of it.
So, it's back to Captain Obvious is it?
I lived for 25 years, first on Center Park South - you know, where Kramer went to apologize to Mickey Mantle for punching him and got thrown out of Mickey's place...right into some horses [i.e. Horse-drawn carriages] - and then on 57th Street between 8th & 9th Avenue. In other words, on the West Side of Manhattan (where Jerry lived and much of the action took place).
"If you don't want to be part of society, why don't you pack up and move to the East Side?" Might not be exactly what Kramer says to Jerry but it's close.
My apartment(s) were close to Al's Soup Kitchen - although I do not recall it initially being called that (it might not have had any name in those early days, even if it quickly acquired long lines) - and while "Tom's" diner - referred to as "Monk's" on the show - was further uptown, yes I have been there. And countless other locales, including Roosevelt Hospital (where John Lennon was ambulanced to on that awful fateful evening) and which just changed its name much to the dismay of the Roosevelt family. H & H Bagel? Been there many many times although it never compared, in my opinion, to Ess-A-Bagel. Like I said, countless other places*.
Any other questions U?
Best regards,
J. Peterman
*But, according to Kramer, never downtown (another world entirely).

Unhinged, listen to me. I have a very important job for you. I want you to come by twice a day and flush the toilet so the gaskets don't dry out and leak. You must exercise the gaskets, Unhinged.
Welcome.
You obviously have excellent taste - surely there's got to be a place or two for a great bagel in Boston??? (in Portland, where my wife and I work, there certainly is...and for all I know, a decent gluten-free one as well) - and/but do you have an F-Type?
Best regards,

I can just picture Jay standing there looking at that particular ornament expressing: "You are my Lobster". (I know..different show).
