Aluminum Cooling Pipes - Finally!!
The markings on the casting appear to be on the underside of the old variant. The new variant received by 355rockit doesn't show these markings. In any case, the markings are on the underside of the pipes and you can only see the upper pipe with the s/c fitted. I don't think you have anything to worry about. :-)

Was expecting something larger since I haven't seen the original original plastic pipes. Aluminum tubes look nice. I still need to get them installed.
Pressure testing passed muster then? I'm planning my winter project for strip down and install. The weather is too good at the moment to take the beastie off the road.

Hi everyone,
Being an auto enthusiast myself, I've been a forum lurker for a while. Today I realized... hmm maybe I should actually say something. I do work for EuroAMP so therefor if anybody has questions about the pipes or any other parts we sell, I'd be more than happy to help.
Staying on topic, we now have a lot of the pipes in stock. They're packaged well (we had a small batch that came scratched but that's been sorted) and are very well manufactured. So far, we've sold about 50 of these and not a single customer has complained. We've used them on our own cars and they've given us no issues, just peace of mind.
The crux of doing the swap is the supercharger removal, but actually taking these parts on and off is a cakewalk.
Again, let me know if you have questions, want to talk about Jags/Rovers or need help. We have a lot of experience with these cars.

Christian let me be the first to say THANK YOU!
These parts are so badly needed by people driving used Jaguars that it's a crime they were not available from Jaguar!
PS; Are you guys going to keep going? I would really like to see that plastic rear water manifold redone in lifetime Aluminum too! Not quite as failure prone as those other pipes but it does and will fail from the same issues.
Hey do you make these in Houston?

Dare I say we are working on a mold... Yes, we are trying to get it made in aluminum, as well as the 5.0 N/A Crossover pipe. The sheer amount of plastic on these engines is a tragedy, as it really messes up their reputation even with enthusiasts. By the time the new pipes arrive you will know, as right now our focus is on marketing since we have NONE.
Well marketing or not I think your fame is spreading as we speak!
What great news on that rear water manifold too.
My only regret is I had the front plastic pipes replaced under warranty so no cost to me but they are still crappy plastic. Wish the car had waited to leak as I would pay the extra for the Al. versions. If fact if Jaguar even cared about it's customers they would have picked this up as a factory replacement part. But car companies are only interested in selling new cars so that won't happen.
Are you on the UK Jaguar forum? Might help sell a few more sets?

We have better international shipping rates in our website euro-amp.com.
Hey jcb-memphis! If it is a super charged engine, you're looking at 7.5 hours if you decide to do the water pump in addition it typically only adds a hour labor since the intake is already removed vs doing it at a later point. Hope this helps!
From my research, OEM part numbes for the pump & thermostat - rememberm JLR don't make the parts, just provide the stamp, so you'll most likely be able to save a little buying aftermarket.
AJ814048 - thermostat
AJ813909 - water pump

Just ordered a set for my 2014 XJR!
Will keep them and if and when I pull the SC to fix the snout noise I hope to install these.
Still hoping they release the rear water manifold in Aluminum too.

I recently did the swap to the Euroamp aluminum pipes and am 100% happy. I just wish JLR didn't use the cheap-o plastic clip for the bleeder coolant hose that attaches to the crossover. So far so good though!! Definitely would recommend
