Can someone help me identify possible cause of this rattle noise?

Have you firmly touched / push on the various parts in the area to see if you can stop the rattle and identify the offending part? It's common for the center vent assembly to rattle, for instance. Has there been any work done on the car in that area? If so, it could be a harness slightly out of place or a tab not fully seated in its slot. Way too many possibilities without further detail.
