Default Any good auto/body shops you trust your F-type R with in southern California?

Hey All,

Few tiny pebbles fell out of a truck the other day on the highway and ended up making some decent marks in my front bumper and hood. I am planning to Xpel the full front of my F-type R but prior to getting that done, I want to fix all of these white "dings".

I've always been weary of leaving my cars just anywhere so I'm hoping someone has a good, trustworth shop that does good color matching / paint work. I want my IRR paint to look brand spanking new with no imperfections prior to having it wrapped.

Easy. There is only one Jaguar Authorized Repair facility in Orange County.
European Motor Car Works on Tech Center Drive in Santa Ana
714.957.1290. Ask for Nichole and tell her Mike referred you.
If you are on the unfortunate end of a body damage collision, this is definitely the place to go. It is the same place the local Jaguar dealerships refer their customers.

Quite honestly, the touch-up paint work you are seeking could be done by most anyone, but EMCW has ready access to all the Jaguar paint formulas and is most likely to obtain the best match to the surrounding panels.

If you would prefer to take a bit more conservative approach, you might contact Dave at Innovative Detailing on Walnut in Tustin Innovative Detailing Best Detailing Services in Orange Country. He has a guy who is a true artist and miracle worker when it comes to touching up small paint chips and scratches. Dave can also set you up for your Xpel application, and perform any other paint correction, swirl removal, ceramic coating, preventative maintenance and long term care you might need.

I'll contact EMCW and see what they can do for me. I've heard of Innovative but wasn't aware they did touch ups... I usually get my cars worked on at Rhino Customs in Newport since they've always gone a good job of taking care of me and giving me some killer pricing. Appreciate the info!

Consider 'paintless dent removal' service before you go with a traditional filler and paint process.

+1. We've had at least one other on this forum that successfully had that done. That leaves the original paint intact and no Bondo to cause future issues. Just like new.

Thanks kindly Mike for posting this and referring me and my company for those Jaguar owners looking for a more personalized automotive surface specialist. My business is passion driven, so you get the best quality work and experience from me....not the next employee!

David, is it possible to PM me the cost for a full front wrap(bumper, fenders, mirrors, full hood) vs a full car wrap in xpel?

Dave does not visit this forum daily, best that you call him. Because of the passion he puts into his work and delivers to his clients, He far prefers the value of direct human contact... and is less inclined to give pricing to an anonymous keyboard.
