Default Any great detailers in the south SF Bay Area?

The "Detailing an F-Type" thread got me to thinking I might like to take mine to a detailer and have them really work it over.

Does anybody know of a really great detailer in the south San Francisco Bay Area (San Jose, Santa Clara, etc)? Years ago, I had a car detailed but it was some guy who did it part time on weekends, and I didn't think it was that good a job for the money I paid.

I'd want somebody truly EPIC, like the guy in that other thread - anybody know of one?

Thanks

There are a fair few mobile detailers in the area but do check out AJ Auto Detailing near SJC. They do good work and are worth a try.

I hope we are allowed to post this here.
I have a detailer, actually much better than a detailer, He is a paint restoration expert that works on high end cars. He did my car about 2 years ago, it still looks great and once he gets it done, it is so much easier to keep it looking great. He is not cheap, he was charging $60.00/hour but he will do as much or what ever you want him to do and he is also willing to teach you how to take care of it too. I am going to have him go over my car again soon just to freshen it up some more.

Tell him Wayne Brocious sent you and I hope to see you on a Bay Area drive. I was at the first drive but missed the last one. You can see some pictures of my car shot by Ron Kimball at

Mine is the Firesand Orange one. This is right after Eddie Detailed it.
Best of luck

Eddie seems to give some very good advices and if the photos of Wayne's car is a typical example of his work, he seems to do a great job as well.
Your car looked fantastic in those photos Wayne!

I'll ask my father in law who he uses. He has a 1962 mkii that he gets detailed pretty regularly by the same guy, and ready likes the work he does... Well, when the car is at home and not in the shop anyhow.
