Still working on my Navigation problem. Read where a customer with the same problem took his Jag to the dealer where they disconnected both battery leads ( Positive & Negative ) touched them together, reinstalled and this took care of his problem. Didn't work for me! I disconnected my battery leads and let them set for more than 24 hours. Hooked them back up and still have the same navigation problem, BUT, what I don't understand is, my Radio presets, Phone info, and window indexing was all just fine. The only thing I had to reset was the date and time. How could this system still have power??

 

I am guessing they were making sure any capacitors were discharged.
No idea why!!
