Can someone please tell me the original part number of the rear Jaguar emblem including lettering. In black color.

I'm fairly sure that black emblems/badges are part of the Black Pack only for/since the 2020 or 2021 MY and all earlier Black Packs still had the chrome emblems and badges.
I don't like your chances of being able to buy the black emblems or badges direct from JLR and even if you could they would probably charge a fortune.
But I did find these listings on Fleabay Motors -

I very much doubt that either of them are genuine OEM but you never know, worth a try if you really really want black badges!
Plenty of black S badges but all are crappy - the green is too dark and the coloured parts are concave when they should be convex.
Plenty of black leapers as well but they are all flat solid metal and can't be bent to the right shape. The linked one (with lettering) may have the correct curve, only one way to find out!
