Default Black powder on garage floor under car

So for the past month or so I have noticed that I have this black powder on the floor of my garage under the car and cannot figure out where it’s coming from It’s not oil but a powdery substance I looked closer under the car and noticed that it streaks down the exhaust and the exhaust looks like it might be rusting I have a 2015 F type R. Any thoughts ?

Exhaust leak, and the black stuff is just soot from the exhaust. The soot itself, it normal. The exhaust leak, is not. If you are seeing it directly under the car, then have the exhaust checked out. If you are seeing it behind the car (i.e. the exhaust exits), then that would be normal.

Actually, there are release gaps for water condensation at the rear joins for the exhausts, near the rear axle area.

Is that where you see the 'powder'? Otherwise Mahjik is correct.

Do you warm the engine in the garage, or do short trips (perhaps moving the car around to access other 'toys')?

I don’t usually warm the car in the garage. I live in Florida so it’s usually pretty warm down here so I use the car regularly. i’m actually going on a trip so I made an appointment with jaguar to drop the car off today. I had heard about some rusting of parts underneath the car on some other post something to do with the crossmember, is that something that I should have them look at as well while it’s down there? Anything else you can think of that I should have them check out for the 2015? It is a certified preowned car

Cold idling/running always creates sooty condensation. the 'release holes/gaps are there to prevent buildup. (Modern exhaust systems are mandated to last 100K miles in the USA so they are often created from a low-grade stainless..) The first pic shows the holes (arrow).

Yeah have the dealer look at the rear crossmembers/stiffeners. I included a couple shot of ours before I refinished therm.
