There was a recent post where the front brake pads on a forum members FT needed replacement at 17,000 miles. That seems surprisingly low for a car that he said he never tracked. For those of you out there that have had their brake pads replaced what kind of mileage did you get?

not really that unsurprising. it's a heavy high performance car. you're going to go through some material. luckily pads are a cheap consumable.

At 24K, I heard my first occasional squeak yesterday. Not all the time just a couple of times. Not sure how much longer my fronts will give me but i suspect it won't be too much longer before needing them replaced.

32,000 here, and will be going in for annual maintenance in the next month or two. Will be interesting to see what they say about the pads - I haven't noticed any issues yet. Tracked it twice.

17000 miles with Los Angeles/Orange County of daily driving. My commute to the office is 8 miles one way but takes me 30-40 minutes with all the traffic and stop lights.

Agreed. I bought it used. Apparently the original owner leaned heavy on the stop pedal. I lean on the skinny one.
