With the VIN # , get the InCintrol app and get an InControl account. Then you can track the car by GPS . Worth a try

I don't think that will work. You need to be in the car to link the app to the car as you need to push a button inside the car as part of the setup.

And...none of the connectivity is established until the dealer initiates it during the dealer setup.

Same car. Terminal received it on Oct. 3 and sent it back to the shipper (Jag) on October 5.

What causes a car to be returned? Recall?

To clarify, the date format is DD-MM-YYYY, so this is current info.

Can only speculate on why it was returned. Ship may be full, car may have been damaged, factory may have found an issue on the assembly line, etc.

+1. When they say it has been returned to the shipper it may have just been returned to the Jaguar holding spot in the harbor to wait for the next boat.
