Wondering if anyone else has had the problem with the ftypes center vents not fully rising on startup or fully lowering on shut down? Vents start to move and then stop with a click. Degree of movement before shopping is inconsistent.

Anyone know a fix for this?
is there a fuse I can pull that will just stop them trying to rise and fall in the first place (its not exactly essential)
