If you can select the other positions (foot, defrost...) and have air flow from them, your problem may be your Face Outlet vent flap servo. I experienced the same problem with no defrost air flow and solved it by cleaning up the defrost vent flap servo. Have a look at Defrost Flap Servo by mailshack | JaguarForums.com to see info about it.
Hope you get it solved!

@mailshack - Thanks for those pictures. I recently had a problem with no face vent and that servo was up on the right-hand side and I had to remove the glove-box, the air bag, and hell and high water to get to it.
I did not remove the servo, however, my issue was the plastic arm was broken right at the hub and I repaired it with plastic welding.
The servo activates both the center and side vents, so if the side vents can turn on and off, then it may be a broken arm like mine.
My arm broke though due to me just dinking around with the flap door - I had the center vent out and I guess it was just the curious kid in me.
Here's a couple of pictures that I thought no one would ever need !

Good to know the face vent servo is located on the passenger side of the center console. Thanks for posting that Lee.
JonFleming; I came across some pics of my center vent removed (though you don't need to remove it to get to the servo). The holding tabs are on the top & bottom of the vent and hold the vent in with spring pressure. As you can see in one of the pics, the tabs can break off. Definitely follow Lee's photos above to get to your servo though!
