CO2 emissions

Ahhh...I didn’t take note of the specific emission. Here in the US they only worry about NOx, CO, and particulates. Documentation for CO2 seems to be for some kind of greenhouse tax assessment purpose. Not an issue here (yet). You’ll need to take it to a vehicle emission testing lab for a one-off certification.
They don't recognize any "testing center", I need these values from the official manufacturer "data base" (based on the VIN)

Jaguar should be able to provide you of something similar I guess...
Well..it once took me more than a year (!) to get the necessary papers for a classic car I bought.
Was it easy - no, not at all, and nobody said it would, but not easy still is not the same as impossible
Good luck, and patience for your hunt on the needed paperwork.

If you remove the catalytic converter, then it truly becomes a zero CO2 emissions vehicle.
My chemistry education was admittedly a very long time ago, but I sure you're mistaken.
Removing them does in fact lower your CO2 emissions, by increasing CO and HC.
Also, I'm pretty sure there is not a table with CO2 data in my owner's manual (US), but it's been ten years since I read it cover to cover. My formal chemistry studies were over 40 years ago

I think what you look for is the COC (Certificate of Conformaty). You can buy them online. Like here: https://www.eurococ.eu/en/
I’m not suggesting you use this specific company, it is just my first google hit. There are a lot of offerings with all kind of prices.

There are a lot more elements than there were 40 years ago. I didn’t bother to take freshman chemistry until I was a senior, a tad less than 40 years ago. Physics (or maybe it was psychics) was my thing.
I actually got to apply it. When I was still in school working on a Mechanical Engineering degree, I hung with a group and one of the guys was an amateur Evel Knievel. He wanted to perform at some local shows. A promoter purchased a ramp (that we could adjust the launch angle). So I got to calculate the speed at the ramp exit and "predict" (calculate) the landing point and speed.
These guys, including evel were all high school challenged and thought I was a genius....little did they know!
