The configurator on the UK site has been updated a little (dunno about the other sites).
Changes for the R model are as follows. I never looked at the others so not sure what has changed there.

Storm Grey is now available. This is a 'premium' paint costing £1250, sits in between ammonite and stratus in colour, possibly more metallic. Am debating whether to change my order to that rather than Black Berry.

Rear spoiler can be fixed rather than automatic (£300 extra)

The 12 speaker stereo is now an optional extra costing £1300 rather than being included as standard

 

In the US, the configurator has been up for the 2016 f-type since mid-February, but to this day pricing is not offered.
