Hello all. I have a 2016 R coupe, and I downloaded the tune from the ECM to see what's what. I found this, and am wondering if you folks know what the difference between these limits are. I've read that the actual top speed for the R is 186, which is shown here, but what's the other limiter? Perhaps if the spoiler doesn't deploy the limit is 155? What do you think? I'm not sure what "spoiler safety limit" Enabled is, but I'm thinking of disabling it and going 75mph to see if the spoiler stays down... lol

The spoiler safety limit is 136 mph but only invoked if the spoiler isn't working (doesn't rise) for whatever reason.
155 mph is the Euro "safe speed" limit, invoked many years ago by the safety nannies.
186 mph is the true max speed for the R.
I have a left hand drive US titled car, so I'm wondering why these limiters are even populated. I know as a fact that it will go over 155, because I've had it above 155. Is there a button on the dash or something that enables the 155 (speed limiter) over 186?
