Default In Control App not connecting

My In Control app shows paid through December 2025 and yet the app doesn't seem to be connecting to the car for the past 3 weeks. Anyone having a similar issue or know how to connect it to the car again? It shows my car but just shows mileage from a few weeks ago along with it showing its driving the last time it connected.

Usually means you have to log out of the app on the phone and log back in. Sometimes you have to log out the app, delete it off the phone and reinstall it
I've had that a couple of times over the years on my Land Rover. It's always been an app issue not the car

Yeah I had the same issue during the past few weeks. Never had that problem before. Logging off and then on again in the app solved it every time. Has been fine since a couple of days now.

I replaced the battery (expensive little thing) and it works fine now.
