Default Correct offset for rims

I’m having a pair of custom wheels made, I’m sticking with 20s 20x10.5 and 20x9 with stock 295/255 tire size. I’ll be lowered on the VAP springs also. What is the correct size off set to sit flush without any rubbing? From what I’ve gathered the stock f type R rims +15MM spacers are the limit on stock size rims and tires, so would that be the correct offset? I know 17MM spacers iv heard it rubs with stock size so I don’t want it that aggressive. Just want to clarify before I have them made, thanks!

You can go safely with 40mm offset in front and 23mm in the rear. That’s the same as using 15mm spacers with OEM offset wheels.

since we are talking offsets, I took this from a prior post and just want to confirm these are still good based upon the following sizes:

20x11-32mm offset: will accommodate 295/30-20, 305/30-20 & 315/30-20 (though, I've not yet seen a 315/30-20)
20x9.5-45mm offset: will accommodate 255/35-20, 265/35-20 & 275/35-20

Assuming 20x9.5 and 20x11 (1/2" bigger than stock) with no spacers, option to go up to 305, no rubbing, and a nice flush look without kicking too much/excess debris to the the bottom of the vehicle.
Is 32 rear and 45 front the recommended?

I need a cuppa coffee for this exercise. I’ll get back to you.

What are the stock wheel/tire sizes and offsets on the F-Type R? Checking because I'm tempted by the BC forged group buy.
