Probably the most expensive (and coolest imho!) cosmetic mod you can do is a PPF or vinyl wrap that will change the appearance of your F-Type. I had Xpel Stealth PPF installed on my F-Type after purchase to minimize damage to the paint and give it a matte-like satin finish. My F-Type is now nicknamed THE BATMOBILE, lol. It cost me $7300 USD for the PPF install, window & headlight tint and ceramic coat.
Double thumbs up to full PPF from my side as well. I had this done a few months after I took delivery. Full car done with SunTek Reaction PPF. On price I honestly can’t remember what I paid but I think it was a little less than 5k - and they had the car nearly a week. Seeing your quote at 7, I suppose this makes sense seeing as mines a convertible and it was done a few years ago. Having full PPF makes the wash and detail process so much easier. There’s more peace of mind knowing slight scratches and swirls won’t be a byproduct of poor technique. Not the greatest pic to show how good the work looks. Need to work on that.
