Default Coupe question: should these holes be plugged?

Quick question for Coupe owners - can someone take a quick look at this hatch area and tell me if these holes are supposed to have plugs to them? I'm pretty sure they are, as after the dealer replaced the rain guides (these side pieces lose stickiness to the body and create buzzing noise at highway speeds) I noticed these holes

If you can snap a photo of yours and reply here I'd greatly appreciate it, so when I bring it back and the dealer somehow says the holes are normal, I don't have to argue. Thanks for your help:

Also, dealer removed a lot more ("entire loadspace panels, drop headliner, wiring harness', etc. per work order) in order to replace these and now fit and finish is just not the same as it was from the factory (probably don't work on many f types if any) so take that into account if considering having this remediated, or just applying some RTV yourself.
