Default CPO Transfer

I have just purchased my 2016 BRG F-Type R Coupe a few weeks ago from a local Audi dealer. I went to my nearest Jaguar dealer and they said that the car was a CPO vehicle when getting some touch up paint purchased. When the car was sold to me, that was never disclosed. Is there anything I need to do from my end to get the CPO warranty transferred to my name or does the CPO warranty stick to the car/VIN? Thanks in advance!

When I bought my 2014 XJR it had a CPO warranty and I did not have to do anything. It's all in Jaguar's system so if they say it's CPO you should be good to go.
I took it to several different Jaguar dealers and had no problem with warranty work.

They DID put the wrong oil in the engine but I eventually got that fixed under warranty too.

Dealer cockups shouldn't be covered by warranty, they should take the financial hit themselves!

Yes, but what will NOT be in the system is the change of ownership - and this might be crucial in making a claim. The change of ownership form is part of the owner's manual package - so the OP might find it there. Otherwise he should contact Jaguar USA.
