Default Cup holder replacement for a 6-sp manual

I've seen threads about changing out the cup holder on automatic cars by pinching the insert, however this doesn't seem to work on manual transmission cars. Anyone ever done this? Mine is a bit scuffed up at the bottom, and would like to replace it.

I haven't, but just took a look to see if there was something obvious. There isn't, at least to me. It shifts around very slightly and from a picture I found, I don't see any attachment from underneath.

Here’s the part:https://parts.jaguarannapolis.com/oe...bC12Ni1nYXM%3D
Once you receive it, it should be obvious how it attaches.
