Appreciate the feedback which is why I posted a few photos. My preference would be the Maelstrom rims that were on my previous SVR but I'd rather not drop 5K for new ones to replace these rims. I can remove the 3M rim tape in 10 minutes if I get a few more negative comments and was just attempting to add some color and break up the all black theme.

Don't pay too much heed to negative comments - they're your wheels and you should have them how you want them! I think they look great, though I didn't realise it was just rim tape. Mmm.
Thanks. I was on the fence on whether I liked the change and have decided the red around the edge is a little too much and have removed it. Though I like the current gloss black rims, I don't love them and will be on the lookout for a set of the Maelstrom style in the future.
Take them have them powder coated and painted a light grey( matches carbon pieces if you have them). Have them put heavy clear( shiney) Hides the dust won't blend in and it's about $150 a wheel and takes 1 day. This tales away all all back hubcap look .

Excellent. The all black rims practically disappear in the wheel wells, and the diamond cut process really makes them stand out. And they still show enough black to mate well with the blacked out side vents and trim around the windows.
