Hello,

There's an easier way. Like you, I had an injector that was impossible to remove on my F-Type.
I used the technique in this video, and it worked perfectly!

@Timothee That's brilliant - rotational force rather than pulling force that lifts the car up and still can't dislodge the injector. When it comes time to do this I will have this solution ready. Thanks Assyrian Handy Man for the video!

Default End Results & Your Take

Hi Nick, amazing job on this project and it really shows how complex these engines can be. I am curious as I've watched the videos on both the Jaguar and the Range Rover engine rebuilds, how the vehicles are running post the fixes. Compared to before, are they running better and did you get a lot of codes or error messages on the scan tool after these vehicles were started and ran for several miles.

The reason I'm asking is that many "experts" have told me after a job like this the engine doesn't run or feel the same and they said the best thing to do is put a new engine in the vehicle but not everyone has $20K to drop into a new engine.

What is your take on all of this ?

Thanks again for the amazing teaching lesson on this !
