Maybe a novice question, but I've got my R in for its first service (which is free), but I'm having the speaker rattle, fuel filler tube & clunk in the trunk fixed (all well known tsb items).

My paperwork seemed to indicate that these may be charged for. I'd just like to know before I go back.

They are warranty items, so no you will not need to pay for them.
