Does Jaguar send out a welcome kit to new owners...?
I had assumed that I'd get one. Asked my dealer to look into it - nada. Figured I'd at least get a card for roadside service, but I guess the phone number is in the manual, and you just give them the VIN.
That is odd... I received a new iPad Air from Jaguar loaded with the Owners Manual, scores of Instructional Videos, Maintenance Schedules, Coupons valid toward Accessory and Merchandise Purchases, and a host of other helpful links and stuff... I thought everybody got this!
NOT!!!
Caddy's sales fell by about 11% last year so they need to be very grateful to their customers.
Any gifts would be from your specific dealer, not the manufacturer. I've never gotten anything from my Jag dealer but my Mercedes dealer sends all sorts of stuff. The last car, I got a keychain, wallet, blanket and flowers (really?). They even gift-wrapped my license plate...It showed up one day and was wondering what the heck it was because it was wrapped with a bow on it. LOL

I got a brochure from Jaguar Canada with my roadside assistance card etc in it. Nothing fancy. Just info.

The salesman also gave me a Jaguar golf shirt. I got what I wanted. An awesome car. I guess a couple of mugs would have been nice too....

I got a $500 gift certificate to a men's store from my dealer. Of course just a tie at this store was $210.
Audi would send out an "official" package. Usually includes a book about the car, development, sketches etc. Kinda cool in a collector way. Wish Jag would do the same.

Got nothing from Jaguar, but my dealer gave me a whole bunch of schwag including two nice key chains, a pen in a nice case, a Jaguar baseball cap, two white Jaguar mugs and two white Jaguar insulated travel cups.
They actually took me in to their accessories shop and told me to have at it, I got to choose the cups, mugs and the color and design of the cap.
Overall a great customer experience.
My dealer is Jaguar of Bellevue in WA.

I received nothing from JLR either, but I certainly receive plenty of marketing emails from them. Upon delivery, I only received 2 keychains, one for each fob, with the dealer contact info on one side, and the Jaguar logo on the other.
I'll go you one better. (And don't get me wrong as Jaguar helped my dealer in some undisclosed manner to get me my car, and I am very appreciative of that).
Having said that, you would think that the Jaguar Marketing guy (specifically for their sports car [read = F-Type]) who knew I was expressly flying down - just for the day - from Maine to NYC to attend a Madison Avenue Sports Car Driving & Chowder Society meeting at Sardis would have brought some (any) trinket to add "fuel" to the "fire" (my desire) but no. He did an outstanding job in his presentation and was extremely well-versed in all things Jaguar - as well as being quite personable - but if I knew someone was going out of his way (talk about a ripe potential customer; in this case me) to attend such a meeting you bet I would have brought "stuff" for them. Marketing 101. Frankly I was a bit - more than actually - surprised that he didn't.
All I got, and more than once at that meeting, was "buy the car, you'll love it". As I wrote in my thread "How I Got My F-Type", "No s%#^"!

Well with so many new buyer to Jaguar, especially the F-Type I really think Jaguar is missing the boat in connecting with their buyers and developing a relationship...sending something specific to the car would go a long way in cementing that relationship.
But what do I know...I was only in sales & marketing for 25 years or so.
