Does your driver side window go auto-up?
On my F-type R, when I press the window down button on the driver side, the window goes auto-down. When I press the up button, I have to hold it. If I let go, it stops going up. I feel like maybe it used to go up automatically too?
Having multiple vehicles, I sometimes find myself confused as to which features are on which car, which side the gas cap is on, etc... So maybe I am just totally wrong here.
Does anyone have an F-type with a driver side window that goes auto-up?

If you don't yet have an answer on configurations a bit later, I'll take a look.
Happens to me on rare occasion (not just in my Jag either). Both your driver and passenger side windows are one-touch buttons. But, as you've found, for whatever mysterious reason, the auto down/up stops working. Try this to reset the switch.
With ignition on:
--Press your driver-side button down and lower the window; Keep pressing the button in the "Down" position for 3 seconds after the window is lowered all the way.
--Then immediately pull up on the button to raise the window; Keep holding the button in the "Up" position for 3 seconds after the window is raised all the way.
That should do it. (If the window switch doesn't reset, try the procedure once again--just hold the button a tad longer in each position, say 5 seconds or so.)

I have found my FTR looses its auto-up and down with some regularity, don't know why - see the dealer next week, but have to use the reset routine at least once a month.
Hold the window switch till the window goes all the way down, briefly release the switch then immediately reengage in the down direction and hold the switch for 3 seconds. Now hold the switch in the up direction till the window goes all the way up, briefly release then reengage the switch in the up direction and hold for 3 seconds. That should do it.
Truthfully, I am always forgetting whether this routine starts with the down direction, and finishes with the up direction, or if it's the other way around, so I find myself going up, then down, back up, then down again, just to be sure I've covered both possibilities.
I tried both suggested reset routines. Neither seemed to work at first, but after some additional fiddling with it, the window now works correctly. I'm not 100% sure what exact combination did the trick, but thank you for the tips!
From what you guys have said, It sounds like the problem will likely return, but at least I have a fix for it now. Thanks for the help.

I thought it was there somewhere. Thanks, bjg625. Good to know.
On P. 150 in my 2015 Owner's Handbook, under "Maintenance." (Interesting to note the window will need to be reset "...if the battery is disconnected, becomes discharged, or the power supply is interrupted.")
