Default DPCK?

I see "DPCK" in the options of the various ftypes I see online, but not all of them have this.

What is it?

i did do a search but did not find anything....also google didn't help

Dealer I spoke to didn't know either :sigh:

That's the sound of metal against concrete when you disable the rear spoiler and go above 83.4MPH!

It's a typo...looking at my keyboard it should have been either, DICK, DOCK or DUCK.

By a process of elimination I have deduced it is DOCK as in iPhone 'dock', however YMMV ;-)

All the F-Type brochures I have looked at have various "design pack" options, so I'm guessing that is what the DP is.
But I have never found "CK" let alone DPCK, so I have no idea what it means!

Dual Purpose Car Key?

I can't think of anything else on a car starting with K in English...

From what I can see online, it is a "no-cost" option, which must mean its useless or pointless. On a Range Rover it seems to correlate with the Dynamic Package. No real idea though.

It is the 'Design Package,' an option that carries a $3500.00 (list) upcharge and includes:
• Body-colored extended side sills
• Body colored front splitter & aerodynamic splitters
• Gloss black rear valance with body-colored venturi blade

The design pack sales code was "Z93Z" for my order. 4 letter sales codes seem to apply mostly to interior trim configurations. For example DPDB = Int Env Col Jet. It might be just a specification of the interior trim and thus why it's a no cost option.

If this was a Hellcat forum, it would be Dual Power Color Keys.

Found an example on a Base FType - with the mythical DPCK - so for sure it isn't a design package.

I wondered what that was, saw it on just about every sticker, and was going to ask here too. Glad you did but kinda surprised that no one knows...

Don't see it anywhere on my paperwork. I suspect, as others do, that it calls out the Design PaCK. Has anyone see the DPCK associated with a car that has no skirts.

The screenshot I posted is for a car that has no side skirts, and that was just one example, there are loads of the Base models that have the DPCK listed and obviously do not have the design pack or any part of the design pack..

I thought it was just a boiler plate typo that the vast majority of Jag dealers insert erroneously, but IIRC the Design Pack has a different code entirely, so it shouldn't be that.

Here!

DPCK?-screen-shot-02-28-17-08.18-am.jpg

DPCK (ZZAD)

And the ZZAD is a model code for an F-Type R coupe

So it's maybe something coupe related, you don't see DPCK mentioned for a convertible anywhere?

XKR owner here.
Was this ever resolved? Looking to trade in for a newer XKR (convertible) and have seen it twice under "installed options."

Both cars were XKR convertibles, one a 2013 and one a 2014

It may stand for "Derivative Pack" which is a list of items that comes standard with a particular model's trim level. As Cambo postulates it would follow with an alpha or alpha numeric code that designates the features of that trim.
