Default Dynamic Drive & Sport Mode....

For my 2017 F-Type R V8 auto trans, I normally drive in Dynamic mode.
So is there a difference when after I switch to Dynamic mode, pushing left from Drive to Sport, does the car or engine's driving characteristic change?
Or does that just allows me to change gears up or down via shifter instead of steering wheel paddles...?

Thanks,

It opens you up to a new world of excitement. Being in full control of your shifting is such fun once you get the hang of it - not to mention getting way more overruns (pops/crackles) when you lift off the accelerator. Definitely worth playing with it for a while.

Even if you don't shift manually, the shift points change in D+S, vs. just dynamic. And I think it holds gears longer.

So what's the driving dynamics of the 3 modes, in terms of gearing, shift points, performance exhaust, etc...:
Drive
Drive + Dynamic
Drive + Dynamic + Sport

Sport only affects shifting, I believe
Dynamic affects steering weight, shifting, adaptive dampers, exhaust and red interior lighting.
