Matt, There is no longer a simple, one-page wiring diagram. Those days are gone.
What you can get is a copy of the Jaguar shop manual, which is electronic - PDF version.
You can search it out on the forums. "F-type service manual"

You can find fuse information in you User Manual... which should be in the glove box.

After looking around, there seems to be no Fuse for the engine cooling fans...
Could be the PWM control signal, or the Fan control module (mounted to the fan)
You will need to check the signals on teh wires going into the Fan (red=12V, grn = 12V, Wht-Bu = 0~5V PMW)

Matt I have all the manuals in about 10 different version for this car.
MIght be easier if you tell me what your needing to see and I cna get you thye manual for that. I am working on a complete rebuild and have been all over this car.
