Default Exhaust Noise/Sound Normal - 200 Cell

Want to know if someone could let me know if the below noises from my exhaust are normal with the 200 Cells.

1. First 2 sounds, I believe I can hear the valve in the exhaust open and closing as I am revving my engine. Making an annoying squeaking sound

2. I have the 200 Cell cats, which are (for me) crazily loud above the 4K RPM band. I love the volume increase from the VAP downpipes, but when I am accelerating I hear a sound like metal vibrating annoyingly loud and it's really not a beautiful sound. I have tried to capture it in the last video. I'll try to provide a better sound clip later. It sounds absolutely horrible on cold start, makes a crazy loud metallic vibrating noise. Best way to describe is the sound a playing card makes in the spoke of bicycle wheels (for those old enough who remember those days) amplified to 200db.

Are either of these sounds normal? Maybe the valve in the exhaust is vibrating on acceleration causing the noise mentioned in #2?

F-Type R + Stg1 VAP + 200 Cell VAP + Closed Valved

F-Type R + Stg1 VAP + 200 Cell VAP + Open Valved (As the valve goes from open to close it causes tons of unsexy noise)

F-Type R + Stg1 VAP + 200 Cell VAP + Open + Driving

After some more investigation, I am assuming its not the downpipes causing the issue, but the muffler itself? Seems when the valves are closed something is vibrating inside the muffler. It just appears that the faster flow from adding the downpipes has amplified this noise? Tomorrow I will have a cold start video, which shows how loud this vibrating sound can get.

Sounds like one or more muffler valves are bad. This is a known issue covered under warranty. (unless they look too hard at your cats)

So you think it's better I put back on the oem cats before trying to get this addressed under warranty? I assume the cats have no connection to this problem. Hmm

It is highly unlikely the 200 cell cats had anything to do with the valve rattling. Whether to refit the OEMs before taking to the dealer depends on how obvious it is that they are different.

As soon as as the car is put on a lift, its is very obvious that they are different.. Even if it's not put on a lift, if it's a cold start, again very obvious.

Yup its verrrry obvious, especially at cold-start, will probably hurt a few eardrums. Sighhhhh, guess I am going to have to revert them back to make sure they don't come up with some excuse for not addressing the muffler issue.

Any apparent HP gain from the 200-cell pipes?

How is the tune?

Dyno results for either/both?

I will eventually dyno the car after I sort out all these exhaust issues. I didn't notice any noticeable increase from the downpipes, but their was definitely a massive power increase from the tune.
