hate to say it, but i have zero confidence pulling the centre console apart - i just think it'll be a can of worms for rattles, and my days of chasing rattles with felt tape and focal bam are well behind me lol

 

actually that's incorrect

led's don't produce as much lumens output as even a mediocre hid/xenon projector setup, on average they produce about 1/3

the only real advantage leds have in output is having a dynamic beam pattern that can change and adapt to approaching vehicles etc

my RS3 has the leds, i do like the whiter light, but the spread and amount of light is not as good as the xenon projectors on the f-type

the latest 'green' mercury free xenon bulbs do appear yellow'er than older oem 4300k bulbs. you can sort this by switching to a set of osram cbi bulbs

I use it every time I pull into a space. My car didn't come from the factory with a rear camera so I needed both installed. Still wish I had parking sensors cuz sometimes I don't trust just my eyes but so far the cameras have been great.
