Question F Type

Driving today and experienced a total electrical system failure. Vehicle just died in the middle of fast traffic. Luckily at low speed and in day light. Shudder to think of consequences if it had been dark and at high speed. Towed in to dealership. Any similar experiences guys. Thanks Peter

Could be a bad earth connection which some have experienced. You don't give vehicle details - how old is your car, mileage, etc. Help us to help you!
BTW, your thread subject could be a little more specific too, so people know what they're going to be reading about ("F-Type electrical failure" as a suggestion).

Default F Type electrical fault

Thanks scm. Vehicle is 2019 F Type with 16000km. Call-out techs measured 13.6v at front but only 8v going back ( to module) vehicle taken on flat bed to dealership. Cheers Peter

Default Electrical fault

Electrical failure... I believe scm is on the right track, must be an intermittent break in the cable to ground. Dealership still investigating. Will revert once known.
