Default F Type couple questions Tires and Trunk

New to me 2016 F Type R arrived today! Took for a drive on the parkway and I see why you all love the cars!

Excuse the dirt car just got offloaded from open trailer

Couple questions - the tires on the car are called Kumho Ecsta PS91. They look fairly new I can't be sure. Read good things about the Michelin Pilot 4S's - would you advise just going ahead and getting those?

Second question I was washing the car, eveyrthing closed. Kept drying around the trunk area but water just kept leaking down outside on the two sides around the license plate. Wondered what was going on opened trunk and a bunch of water was in that area outside of the rubber seal cargo border but just falling down from those hatch type things that automatically close/raise trunk. Water was sitting in that area loose. This normal? I checked trunk and seemed dry, may be making a fuss over nothing just wondering if this is normal from your experience if you know what I'm talking about

Just use up the Kumhos. Maybe not as sticky as the PS4S, but won’t be as substandard as the PZeros.

There are drain holes in that area behind the rubber seal that are clogged. Use a piece of wire to clear those drains.

You can also use a plastic wire tie to clear those drains. (Wire coat hangers seem to be going the way of the Dodo bird.)

Might as well check the drain holes below the rear spoiler, too.

Tried using a wire to clear out the those two drains - one by the side of the blue cap and the other on the other trunk side.

Dug around for a short while and couldn't find anything in either of the two.

I'm thinking this is just the way the trunk drains water...No water actually looked to get into the insulated bit, just came down off the the rear trunk hatches and down that outer area.. But then largely dissapeared .. If those drains are to get rid of that water, I think there's most likely no problem with my trunk... just not used to it

Another 'drain hole' to keep clear is the one under the gas filler flap.
