F-Type DRL Probem

Have you guys seen this - a guy has a fix coming for the 2018 - 2020 DRL issue, and it will be ready shortly.
The one problem I see is that he says the lights are too fragile to ship, and the car must be dropped off at the shop - in the UK. So that leaves the US owners out.
