My car came from california and spent 2 years and 15,000 miles there with no front plate on it. I do not know how many fines were paid by the previous owner if any.

Good to know. I've been running no front plate here in WA for the last 5 years but hadn't been pulled over yet. So far so good...

Yes thanks that's exacting it, might go for a vinyl stick on or like your picture, measurements would be great, might fit lower down either

Ok Bruce, i'm putting on no number plate surround, just fitting the smaller rectangular plate with double sided tape to the cross bar, So as i said i just want it 5mm above and below the bar, so what size would that be. You say yours are 10cm and 25mm, the cross bar must be small
