To each their own. Not my cup of tea. If the F-type would've went that route I would've also went another route =)

Are those mirrors at end of A pillars? Low cars would be in a severe blind spot.

Agree. The mirrors are not only poorly functional but also stupid looking.

The car has nice lines, but too retro. One of the plagues of cirrent retro muscle cars by Dodge, Chevy...

It may have been called the F-Type Concept but that's actually the XK180 concept with a few tweaks and revisions.

It was from the 1990's originally which is why it looks a lot like the original X100 XK8/XKR.

On the X100 forum, these pictures have been around for quite some time. And if the European passenger impact regulations hadn't dictated such a high front end on the F-type, you can be sure that the front of the F-type would have sloped down much like the XKE and the 1996-2006 XK/XKR. While this concept may not be everyone's cup of tea, how could anyone deny its beauty, sensual lines, and historical ties to everything that has always distinguished the Jaguar marque?
