They have some V6 vert. models very reasonably priced at $134/day. I might opt for that next time I head to SoCal.

SixT has some F-Types, I would have rented one when we were in Monterey last weekend but needed room for 3.

That reviewer is a ***** though.

When I picked up a rental car near the San Diego airport a couple of years ago, there were a couple of F-types in the lot. Wouldn't quite hold 3 people with golf bags...

When planning a trip to Scotland, Avis listed Ftypes to rent. Big bucks, and luggage would be a problem, but it would be a blast to reenact Clarkson's run up the Highlands!

Don't forget about insurance. The system in the UK and Europe mainland is very different than we have here in North America. In that most car rental companies don't accept the insurance that comes with credit cards and will want either a separate certificate from an insurance company or that you purchase collision insurance from the rental company which will cost possibly just as much as the rental car.

Been there done that!
