Default F Type Service in Houston

Greetings, any F-Type owners in Houston with recommendation for service at either dealer or independent shop? I am in 77027. My 2016 F Type S Manual is due for service (approx. 15K miles). I have a couple of warranty items to take care of while the CPO warranty remains in addition to the scheduled service. I would appreciate any suggestions, good experiences, places to avoid, etc.

I don't have any warranty work done yet, but have been using Momentum Jag on 59 Southwest Fwy for past 2 annual oil change service.
But yours should still be under the 5 yr factory warranty & free (included) 5 yr's oil change service...

Jaguar Southwest has done some warranty work for me ( battery replacement, replace some sticky interior parts) and the service writer has been great. The tech who did my interior parts scratched my console and my seat 😡 but they promised to make it right as soon as I have time to leave it with them for several days. We will see.

Jaguar Southwest Houston has a superb Service Department. Both SA's are very good, Kevin and Daniel. The Service Manager, Jerry, and the Service Director, Brent are on top of their game. They've taken care of 3 F Types for me and I have nothing but praise for them.

I used Jaguar West on I-10 for an O2 sensor replacement under warranty about a month ago. They require that you reserve a loaner car two weeks in advance, which I did. Two weeks later, when I showed up for my appointment, they had no loaner car. They should have at least called me ahead of time. Since it was a quick job, they offered to do it while I waited or give me ride home. They did the job in about an hour and a half while I waited. From now on I will call to make sure they have my reserved car. I believe that Jaguar North on I-45 has the same two week wait for loaners.

That's just horrible. 2 weeks' notice for loaner car. Shows up, no loaner car. Thought we overpaid for our "luxury" vehicle to have higher than average service experience....

At Southwest I needed a software update for the F Type. Scheduled on Friday afternoon for Monday morning drop off and had a loaner waiting for me.

A 3 week wait for a loaner is pretty standard where I am.

I've haven't been too impressed with Momentum Southwest Jaguar for my last 2 years' service appointments so far. Not bad, just not up to par/standards for a upscale brand.
I'll rank Momentum BMW next door the best. Starting with the initial drive up, the porters make me feel special immediately.
Second best are all 3 Mercedes dealers in the SW & W Houston area.
Third is Classic Chevrolet SL for servicing my 2 Vettes. I like their service dept better than Jag, the way they pamper my Vettes.
Maybe this Jag dealer is so low volume, that it's hard to hunt down the One SA to service me...

Actually, two SA's. I find Advantage BMW to be better than Momentum BMW.

Just a heads up. COVID-19 is causing jaguar service centers in some states to suspend business for the next 2 or 3 weeks. California for sure. Plan accordingly.
