Step 1) get in F type

Step 2) leave garage

Step 3) drive around in any heavily populated area, helps if there are plenty of stoplights.

Step 4) wait for inappropriately young women to make inappropriately forward comments/proposals.

Not sure where you're shopping. On the drive to work I passed an SVR, two Maserati Gran Turismos, three 911's, and I didn't notice the number of BMW's or Mercedes. At a Costco run on Tuesday morning I parked in a mostly empty row and when I came out in the row in order was Cayman, 6 series, 911, my V8S, and a big Land Rover.

F-Types don't always stand out that much.

 

Women don't care.

Kids - yes.

Other dudes - yes.

Anyone that buys a car to impress women is ignorant. Buy a small dog.

haha; I certainly didn't buy the F type to impress women.....just passing along the last two comments I actually recieved driving the car.... that said EVERYONE seems to like the F type, guys, girls, kids.....everybody. This stands in stark contrast to my classic cars that only appealed to 50 year old gearheads like myself.

The F type always seems to get a reaction; even in a town with plenty of Porches, MB's, R8's, lambos and quite a few Ferrari's.


.....or maybe I'm just better looking than I thought! ;-)

Gas station attendant at Costco: What is that? A Jaguar. I've never seen one like that before. oooh, push button start too? ignores other customers and watches me leave.

My mailman: Wow, what's that? A Jaguar. How much did it cost, $250,000?

 

Right you are! My LD (little dog) gets to nuzzle more cleavage than a plastic surgeon! As soon as a girl picks him up, he knows just what to do...

 

Between Northwest DC and Baltimore I get a thumbs-up or a compliment yelled at me just about every time I drive the car. I've even had a number of panhandlers chat me up at stoplights. They even forget to ask for a handout.
