Default Flashing Switchable Exhaust Button Light

Hi all, brand new here after picking up a 5 year old F Type in Italian Racing Red, absolute beast.

One thing I am trying to work out. It has the Active Exhaust Button but all that happens when I press it is that it flashes!

I can switch on dynamic mode and the exhaust beefs up nicely but the exhaust button does nothing.

Any thoughts?

There she is....

Hi Frank my16 s coupe, storm grey brogue performance seats. I had a similar situation with that button flashing. Dealer found a short in the switch in the trunk area which also caused the battery to drain and go flat. Something to avoid at at cost with these f types. Horrible things happen when your battery goes flat, I keep mine on a ctek when not in use, never a problem.
Good luck. Frank Hudson valley NY

Check the fuse for the exhaust valves, mine does the same when it's pulled out.
