Default Floor Mats Am i asking to much?

I need help or maybe i am asking to much. I want the look of the stock jaguar mat but want full floor coverage ( i mean all the way up the dead pedal, i am 6'1 and my left foot sits there all day).
I love weather tech coverage but not the look i want in this car, carpet mats i have found die at the pedals and fall short of full coverage. Finally let me help anybody looking at Elite Car Mats they are a RIP Off do not fit the car well at all cheaply made and customer service is not a thing.
Does anybody have a suggestion that i have missed in my search for full coverage good looking luxury mat?
thank you for humoring my rant
B

Why not get the metal footrest that matched rest of pedals from Jag?

Try Amazon. There are a bunch of choices (most in leather) that have more coverage than the carper mats.

I bought the Weather Tech and they do the job for coverage. IF THERE IS ROOM/SPACE, is it possible to place a carpeted mat that meets your taste on top of the WT? Any good contact cement, or rubber cement if you want to be able to peel the mat off.

I did the Weather Tech also and don't mind the look. They do seem a little sub standard for these cars but I like not worrying about whats on my feet more.

Check out Lloyd mats. I posted another thread about it on here still on page 1.

This is what was in my car when I bought it - they cover the floor completely.

Mention earlier on the foot rest, I installed one a couple weeks ago no problem and very functional. It matches the SS pedals prefectly.

I just picked up my new F Type R and wanted to install rubber mats. Weathertech doesn't sell "mats" for this car, they sell the floor liners that have made them famous. I just didn't like them. I wound up orderings a set on Intro-Tech Hexomat floor mats. They are a rubber mat with hexagon pattern throughout the mat and I'd call it a medium gauge rubber. About $60 for a pair and really not too bad....had them in my C7Corvette and a Mercedes, worked fine.

I have Tux Mat in mine and happy with them - more of a practical purchase than a looks purchase as I drive the car all year round in PA

Curious about what brand/model/color these are and how they look in the car. I have CoCo mats in black and red - they look kind of weird, but oddly enough, they look good in the car - basically the same shape as the factory mats. I have new factory mats still in the box and a new set of factory all weather mats. Mostly bought for posterity as I dont drive the car in any in-climate weather and just prefer to have original stuff for when I sell.

I can't find any mfg info on the mats. They're pretty good quality and look good in the car - they cover all exposed carpet. IMO, the white diamond stitch is a little busy - If I were to replace them, I'd probably do black on black.
ebay has something that looks similar but I can't speak to the quality:

There are a lot of mats that look similar to those on Amazon. I don't have any personal experience with any of them though.

These look fantastic!

I've been looking at some similar mats (construction wise) however none of them have the Jaguar branding on that which I would like, with right hand drive alternative for the UK

If you can find any more information on these i'd greatly appreciate it.

The foot rest is a Jaguar accessory. I purchased from an out of town dealer at a fair price and in stock. This was maybe 6 years ago, should be standard.

The listing I've seen for that part claims to be for pre-2016 MY. Not sure what changed at that point but maybe a RWD/AWD difference?

Amazon sells a footrest for the 2016-2020 (and presumably fits the 2021) F Types:

Amazon Amazon

The description says it attaches with supplied double sided tape. If it is anything like the made in China footrest that I bought for my Mazda CX 5 that attached with double sided tape, I strongly advise against that method. Mine fell off after the car had been sitting in the sun, leaving a sticky mess on the carpet that required a lot of scrubbing with Naptha to remove.

I removed the tape from the part, and used strips of heavy duty 15 lb. strength Velcro with the hook side only facing out. That stuck to the floor carpeting without any problems and so far has remained secure.

I purchased part # T2R11322 for my 2016 Conv R AWD. It fit fine. No tape, screws in place.
