Default Front suspension squeak on quick stops while rolling slowly speed

Quick question: Have MY18 F Type with just under 1000 miles. Just noticed a front end squeak when hitting brakes quickly while rolling slowly and nearing full stop. It’s when nose lurches forward with the quick stop. Just had first annual service and brake pads fine. Dealer couldn’t recreate noise but I think they just missed or didn’t understand it.

Anyway, any thoughts on the source and what I can do to fix it myself?

Go on a test drive with the technician and demonstrate. It could be a number of things. Based on your description of when it happens, it is most likely a suspension issue. You might try using some silicone spray on the sway bar bushings. The issue may occur at higher speeds as well when loading the suspension, but with all the other noise, you probably can’t hear it.

Do you have to jack up the car to access and spray those bushings?

Yes. You may have to remove the splash pan as well.
