I wouldn't take my Jaaag to Costco for any reason.
Matter of fact, for tires, I would still go to the dealer for installation. I'd by the tires from Tire Rack and have them delivered to dealer.

Contrast that to my experience getting the alignment done at my JLR dealer - who are in one of the new "Arch" steel and glass palaces with brand new equipment. Took 3 visits for them to get the steering centered.
I got my MPS4's from Costco. Their facility was superb - the technicians were Michelin certified and the workshop / equipment was first rate. Tires were mounted on the black rims with zero damage.

Well I'll be damned. Learn something new everyday. Who would have thought that?
Always go to a tire specialist, dealers either contract their tire fitting to a local specialist or invariably do a poor job! It makes sense a specialist tire shop does nothing but fit tires all day long.
