Default FType V8S fueling Problem

I have about 5k miles on my V8S and from the beginning I have had problems at some gas stations with the pump shutting off way before the tank is full. I have to pull out the fuel nozzle and reinsert it to get it to flow again. It's a pain in the butt. I never had problems at these stations fueling my Gen II CTS-V. Has anyone else experienced this problem.?

Mine is to new to of gone through a tank yet BUT--------

My C6 corvette did exactly the same. You need to put the pump on medium or low speed. I was told a air bubble forms and the pump will shut off (at times) on the higher filling speeds.

I've only had mine for a week but I've filled up twice and had a similar problem initially. I found that inserting the nozzle only about 1/2 way into the opening allowed me to refuel at full speed (until the tank was full) using the auto shut-off. I think the splash-back sensor on the nozzle is too easily triggered when the nozzle is inserted to full depth.

I have the same issue. If I hold it to the right it fills just fine.
