I just installed the Eibach springs on my base V6 F Type last night and there is a gap between the springs and collar in the rears with the new shorter springs(blue arrow in the pic). The fronts were fine but the rears have this gap. Everything is lined up correctly but there's this gap. I just made sure everything was aligned correctly and installed them as is last night. I assume the weight of the car will press down significantly on them and approximate the spring and the collar. I went for a drive gradually up to highway speeds and everything seems fine... Just want to make sure I'm not missing something.
