Default Gear shift surround mark

Hi.

Anyone got any tips for removing this mark on the piano black gear shift surround please or if it's even possible? Looks worse in the picture than real life (I caught the light just right) and you can't feel it.

Any advice very gratefully received.

Maybe try some low-cut polish, I have used Meguiars Ultimate Compound with good results on light paint scratches.

Yes, a fine grade polish (I use the professional-grade 3M products) - it works beautifully on this (I have done it) followed by a couple of coats of carnauba wax.

Default Novus plastic polish

I've had really good results with this line and used it on that area to remove fine scratches. Use as directed.

Thanks chaps. Meguiars Ultimate Compound worked a treat.
